Assist.Prof. Dr. Şebnem GÜLDAL KAN was born on December 22, 1981 in Nicosia. She graduated from Nicosia Turkish High School, Department of Literature in 1999. She graduated from Near East University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of English Psychology in 2004. In 2005, he graduated from Near East University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Secondary Education department Teaching Master's Degree without Thesis. In 2006, She graduated from Near East University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Guidance and Psychological Counseling Postgraduate department. In 2020, she graduated from Near East University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. In July 2020, She became an assistant professor and was appointed as a lecturer in the department of preschool education. Between 2004-2020, She worked in different departments of Atatürk Education Faculty.

Between 2004-2006, She started to work as a full-time assistant at the Near East University, Atatürk Education Faculty, Preschool Teaching Department. At that time, he worked as an assistant to be trained in the Preschool Education Department. Between 2006-2018, she worked as a full-time lecturer in the Preschool Education Department of Atatürk Education Faculty. Between 2018-2020, she worked in the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. Between 2020-21,She was again appointed as a lecturer at the Atatürk Faculty of Education, Preschool Teaching USA, as an Assistant Professor. Child Psychology, Child Mental Health, Child Recognition and Evaluation, Development in Early Childhood, Development and Education in Infancy, Social Skills in Early Childhood Education, Combating Addiction and Addiction, Psychology, Guidance, Mother and Father Education, Psychological Counseling with Children, Personality Theory, She gave lectures such as Individual Intelligence Tests, Application in Psychological Counseling, Preschool Teaching Practice I-II, Pre-School Material Development and Mother-Father Child Relationship Psychological Tests. In addition to being a book chapter author, his research topics and publications include Psychology, Education, children, Television, Social Skills, Subjective Well-being, Educational Management, Play therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Self-efficacy, Motivation, Success.
