According to the information given by Near East University Press and Public Relations Department, a 2-hour workshop was held on 29 April 2019 by Lecturer Şebnem Güldal Kan from the Department of Guidance and Psychological Sciences of the Near East University.

A total number of 28 students from the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling and the Department of Preschool Education attended to the event.

After the event, certificates of participation were given by Prof. Dr. Ismail Hakki Mirici, Dean of the Atatürk Faculty of Education.

Dean of Atatürk Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Mirici emphasized the importance of such certificates in university education life while giving the certificates to the students and emphasized that they can add their certificates to their CVs.

Certificates were presented by the Dean of Atatürk Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Mirici, Prof. Dr. Nefise Semra Erkan, Head of Preschool Education Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Filiz Erbay and Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department Lecturer MSc. Şebnem Güldal. After the certificates were distributed, a memo picture with the students was taken about the “Play Therapy Education Workshop”.
