İmge Dinçer was born on December 31, 1986 in Nicosia.

In 2009, he completed his undergraduate education by graduating from Arte Music Academy, BA Music (Violin) Department in Southern Cyprus. She took part in many concerts during his school years.

In 2007, She attended the Apple Hill Chamber Music Camp in America and received training on chamber music and gave concerts.

Between 2008-2011 and 2014-2018, She taught Violin and Voice at the Cyprus Art Music and Ballet School, as well as providing training by creating Baby Music classes for babies aged 6-24 months, accompanied by parents.

In 2019,She completed her second undergraduate education by graduating from the Southern Cyprus Arte Music Academy BA Music (Singing) department with the best grades. She gave many concerts during his education.

In 2016, She participated in the Master Class program with singing artist Bass Nick Warden, and in 2019 she participated in the Master Class program called Yoga Your Voice with singing artist Gina Poulou.

She gave a concert with Kastelliotissa Hall, The Baroque Project, Selene Female Vocal Ensemble on February 26, 2018. On November 28, 2018, Named Romantic Echoes gave a concert in Southern Cyprus with Selene

Female Vocal Ensemble. She gave a concert as a guest soloist with Grup Ex Silento at the "2nd Early Music Festival" on December 8, 2018.

In 2019, She continued her studies with opera singers Ellie Aloneftou and Sermin Dikmen Töre.

On May 5, 2023, she took part in the KKTCDOB choir and performed at the ELEGİE-AĞIT concert, held in memory of those we lost in the February 6 Earthquake, under the auspices of the TRNC State Opera and Ballet and the Presidential Symphony Orchestra.

She took the stage with the TRNC State Opera and Ballet choir at the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey concert on 26 October 2023. On December 20, 2023, she worked as an assistant actor and chorister in Famagusta R.R. Denktaş Culture and Congress Palace, G. Donizetti- Don Pasquale Opera, and TRNC State Opera and Ballet.

On December 22, 2023 she worked as an assistant actor and chorister in the G.Donizetti-Don Pasquale Opera at the Near East University Atatürk Culture and Congress Center and the TRNC State Opera and Ballet.

On December 26, 2023, she performed as the 2nd Violin and Soprano in the Mediterra Quartet, as well as Solo and Duo vocals, at the Chamber Music Concert at the Near East University Library Hall 4.

She has been working as a Lecturer at Near East University, Atatürk Faculty of Education, Department of Music Teaching since 2022, where she teaches Individual Voice Training courses. She continues to give concerts inside and outside the department.
