Çilem Çaltıkuşu was born in Nicosia in 1983. She graduated from Nicosia Turkish High School in 2000, from Near East University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Publicity in 2004, and from the Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Curriculum and Instruction Master's Degree in 2012. She is currently continuing his PhD Program in Educational Administration, Supervision and Planning at the Institute of Educational Sciences.

In 2017, he was appointed as a lecturer at the Department of Geography Teaching at Near East University and as a member of the Education Programs Development Coordinator of our university. In 2022, she was appointed as the Turkish course coordinator for General Common Campus Adaptation under the Joint Courses Coordinator. She taught courses such as Communication, Classroom Management, Special Teaching Methods, Planning and Evaluation in Teaching, Subject Area Textbook Review, School Experience, Teaching Practice, Interpersonal Communication and Cooperation. She is married and the mother of two children.
