Dervişe Amca Toklu was born on September 12, 1991, in Nicosia. She graduated from Nicosia Turkish High School in 2009 and completed his undergraduate studies in Preschool Education at the Near East University in 2013. In 2015, she obtained his master's degree in Preschool Education Science Branch from the Near East University, specializing in the field of preschool education. In the same year, she commenced working as an expert in the Preschool Education Department at the Near East University. Between 2019 and 2020, she served as a coordinator at Özay Günsel Children's University. In 2020, she continued here role as a member of the board of directors at Özay Günsel Children's University.

In 2020, she received here doctorate by defending here doctoral thesis titled "Development and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Pre-School Web Supported Teaching Application Program" at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Near East University. In 2021, she was appointed as an assistant professor at Near East University and served as the Head of the Department of Preschool Teaching for a period. In addition to working as a faculty member at the Near East University Preschool Education Department since January 2021, she continues here studies to complete here second doctorate at the Near East University Preschool Education Doctoral Program.

Assist. Prof. Dr. AMCA TOKLU was appointed as Faculty Joint Courses Coordinator and Courses Commission Coordinator in 2022. She also serves as a Member of the Social Research and Development Center.

Asst. have articles in international indexed journals, presentations at national and international congresses and symposiums, editorship and chapter writing in reference books in here field, as well as a "Line Study Activity Book" for pre-school children aged 4-5 years. Assist. Prof. Dr. AMCA TOKLU's academic interests include social behavior of preschool children, early literacy skills, play, peace with values education, educational material development, portfolio evaluation and children's rights. She is married and have a child.
